National Numeracy Challenge

Thank you to the many parents and staff who took up the invitation to complete the National Numeracy Challenge at www.nnchallenge.org.uk and earnt 20 house points apiece. Adults who talk positively about ‘doing maths’ and have a ‘can do’ attitude increase children’s confidence in maths, especially when the maths involved relates to day-to-day life. Take a look at the video to see how our mini maths leaders chose to represent the results. I hope you like it.

There’s still time to take up the challenge and earn 20 points toward the fierce competition at the top of the house leader board.
