BNF Healthy Eating Week 2018
Monday is the start of BNF Healthy Eating Week 2018! At the heart of the Week are five challenges, and everyone in school is trying to complete all of the challenges. Every student will watch a short video clip to encourage them to complete the 5 challenges.
- Monday – Have breakfast
- Tuesday – Have 5 A DAY
- Wednesday – Drink plenty
- Thursday – Get active
- Friday – Make a Change
