Career Fair
The Career Fair which was held on Friday 9th February 2018 was a great success!!
Students from year 7-13 thought that the fair offered them, the opportunity to speak directly to the universities, colleges and business about their entry requirements, future careers pathways and the selection of courses on offer.
The universities came from near and far! Edge Hill; Liverpool Hope, JMU and Uclan.
Along with the universities, training providers TTE and BMM Music industry to name but a few. In addition, the apprenticeship team where present to offer in-depth detail about the apprenticeship scheme on offer to all 16-19 year olds. The Ministry of Defence was represented by the Army,
The Liverpool Media Academy, Liverpool Community College and Andrew Collinge gave access into their courses which are on offer for young people.
STEM industries were represented by many organisation from the Royal College of General Practitioners, Morgan Sindall, Bristol Myers Squibb and the office of Nuclear Regulations.
