Waterstones Reward Trip

Another amazing end of year reward trip to Waterstones Book Shop in Liverpool 1. Pupils who have attended all of our book club meetings were treated to a morning out of school, surrounded by books! Each of them chose a book which was paid for by the library to say thank you for their dedication to reading – many of them then went to the till with arms full of books which they “just couldn’t leave behind”. Mrs Hale and Mrs O’Neill were two of the worst culprits for this! We then had a picnic in Chavasse Park before we returned to school.
